Berry Yogurt Parfait

  1. 1 pint 0% Greek yogurt
  2. 5 pieces crystallized ginger, grated
  3. 1/3 cup orange clover honey plus an extra drizzle
  4. 1 orange, zested
  5. 2 pints fresh blackberries

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger, honey and orange zest. Divide the blackberries among 4 dessert parfait dishes and top with a dollop of yogurt. Drizzle with honey and serve.
