Berry Yogurt Parfait
- 1 pint 0% Greek yogurt
- 5 pieces crystallized ginger, grated
- 1/3 cup orange clover honey plus an extra drizzle
- 1 orange, zested
- 2 pints fresh blackberries
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger, honey and orange zest. Divide the blackberries among 4 dessert parfait dishes and top with a dollop of yogurt. Drizzle with honey and serve.
