Ingredients
- 1 cup 30 calorie almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon Better’n Peanut Butter (low sodium)
- 1 scoop Vega protein smoothie powder (chocolate flavored)
- ¼ cup frozen organic blueberries
- ½ a banana
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
