Ingredients
  1. 1 cup 30 calorie almond milk
  2. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  3. 1 tablespoon Better’n Peanut Butter (low sodium)
  4. 1 scoop Vega protein smoothie powder (chocolate flavored)
  5. ¼ cup frozen organic blueberries
  6. ½ a banana

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
