Quick, Healthy (and Sinfully Satisfying) Dark Hot Chocolate
Perfect for a sweet treat on a cold winter’s day.
- 2 Tablespoons dark unsweetened cocoa powder
- 12 fl. ozs. light soy milk
- 2 packets Splenda (or sweetener of choice)
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Tablespoons fat-free whipped topping
In a large microwavable mug, mix cocoa powder with sweetener. Add soy milk and vanilla extract and microwave 1 minute. Remove from microwave, stir and return to microwave for an additional 90 seconds. Top with whipped topping—feel free to add more as desired.
